What changed from the current screen

Reordered for activation: the current order leads with email verify (already done) and locations. New order surfaces the actions that map to a real first booking.

Cut from 7 to 5 essentials: custom branding and bulk client import move into optional "make it yours" sections. They don't gate value.

Reward is closer: "complete 4 more steps to unlock" feels far. Showing "you're 1 step from $1,000" feels earned.

Inline action over navigation: the right panel becomes a live form, not a marketing blurb. No page jumps.
